When alcoholic beverage warnings are provided using an 8½ by 11 inches sign, it must be in no smaller than 22-point type and when the warnings are provided using a 5 by 5 inches sign, it must be in no smaller than 20-point type and enclosed in a box.

I ordered a prop 65 sign after attending a safety presentation, and it looks great! I love that it gets us in compliance while also being visually appealing and well-constructed. Definitely will want to order from HCL for signage going forward!
