Lock-Out Tags
The OSHA Lock-Out/Tag-Out Standard (29 CFR 1910.147) requires that all energy sources be turned off and “locked out” while machines are being serviced or maintained. Alert personnel to machine operating status and indicate the name of the person applying the device.
Measuring 6“x 31/2” and constructed of .015 mil unrippable vinyl with 3/8” brass grommets, these two-sided tags are provided 10/pack (except where noted).

Self-Laminating Jumbo Lock-Out Tags
7 3/4 × 4” jumbo lock-out tags allow you to personalize a tag and secure that personalization with protective lamination. Printed on 15 pt. wet strength tag stock with 3/8” grommet and laminated with .001 mil polypropylene. 10/pack.
