A glove and sleeve combo made specifically for the food industry. Cut-resistant, pre-shrunk and sterile, they’re knit from a composite yarn that features a high-performance blend of fibers for excellent protection from the hazards of meat and fish processing, plus excellent abrasion resistance. Both items provide a snug fit. Blue color for easy identification if pieces accidentally come away during processing. Abrasion resistance is also very high, boosting cut resistance at the same time, since reduced wear keeps cut resistance intact longer. 13-gauge styles feature ASTM cut-level 4 (3200 grams). 10-gauge version is even higher at ASTM cut-level 5 (4330 grams). All are fully washable up to 85°C. Gloves are prewashed and sealed for contact with food.
